First Game Jam Ever!

Sun Escapes Me is a game where a sun just went nova and your sub-light ship is struggling to keep ahead! You will encounter obstacles along your way that will make it more than likely the sun's gravity well will eat you whole. 

This is the first release of what is mostly a prototype at this point with placeholder assets. I promise that the sun graphic will actually be round at some point! This was made for the LOWREZ game jam 2022. This is the first game jam I've ever participated in and I've been doing game dev for less than two months at this point.
